- Veracross is City Academy’s Student Information System. Here you can check your student’s grades, attendance, fill out important forms, and more.
- Submit Parent Engagement Hours
- Parents are required to volunteer 20 hours per year (new families attend workshops). To submit your hours, use the link above to login to your MobileServe account.
- Tuition Information and Payment
- Tuition payments are managed by Blackbaud Tuition Management and can be made in one of three ways. See this link for more information.
- Field Trip Chaperone Request Form
- City Academy parents that are interested in chaperoning a field trip must now complete a full background check. See this link for more information.
- City Academy Apparel
- City Academy partners with GameOne to offer a 24/7 online apparel store. The link above will take you to a landing page where you can access either Spirit Wear items or Uniform-Approved items. Items are shipped directly to your house in about 2 weeks.

7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. Breakfast served
7:55 a.m. School begins
3:30 p.m. School ends
3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. After-school programming
